Transition Homes
When a man comes into the program, he resides in one of our two transition homes, Jericho or Victory. Each is a single family residence that can accommodate five men. A resident leader lives in each of the two homes to provide ongoing direction, guidance and support. The men have a shared kitchen and living room where they gather together for meals and social interaction.
During the time our men live in the home, they secure employment. They are provided with bus passes for transportation to and from their job and to church, school or other appointments.
Victory House
Jericho House
After completing their stay at either Jericho House or Victory House, men are eligible to move into the Second Chance Apartments, a modest eight-plex facility, where they can live for up to eight months in a furnished two-bedroom apartment. A POC resident leader also resides at the apartments and provides continuing direction and support.
